Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from ascendpga.com/delete-account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other members.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service, including the AI companion and image generation, to create harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By posting it, you grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and share it as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your posts in the feed or your images on your profile). You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to it.

AI features

Sage, our AI companion, and the image generator produce automated output that may be inaccurate or unexpected. AI output is for motivation and personal-growth support only and is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Service changes and availability

We are continually improving the Service and may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend PGA and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
