Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Ascend PGA account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what is removed and lets you complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following, with no way to recover it:
- Your profile, display name, bio, and photos (avatar and cover)
- Your progress — challenges, check-ins, streaks, XP, levels, and badges
- Your social data — friends, direct messages, feed posts, comments, and reactions
- Your conversations with the Sage AI companion
- Your uploaded media and level-up proof
- Your login credentials and account record
How to delete your account
To delete your account, sign in first, then return to this page (or open Settings) to confirm deletion. You can also delete your account directly from within the app:
- Sign in to Ascend PGA.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Delete account section and follow the confirmation steps.
